Battlegraph Dry Erase Boards

Battlegraph boards allow the game to have a scrolling battle map right in the center of your table. As the action progresses across the high quality dry erase surface, explored areas can be removed, erased, and placed toward the front where the map can continue on. Because the boards are interlocking the map is easily placed back to the center of the table where the battle rages on!

The grid lines are permanently etched into the crisp white surface which makes drawing straight lines a breeze, because the marker tip falls into the groove and follows it as if you were using a ruler. This speeds up prep time considerably. The white surface allows for the use of any color of dry erase you can find, and makes for amazingly vivid maps.

Want to take your time and draw out a masterpiece for that final climatic encounter? No problem! And you don’t have to waste valuable game time to do it. Just draw out the scene in vivid detail ahead of time and then stack the tiles together using small pieces of non slip drawer liner material available for cheap at any grocery store. The rubbery material will provide space between boards to protect your work of art, and since it is non slip, it keeps the stack from sliding around and erasing your masterpiece.

This same technique can also be used to create fog of war effects since only the boards that the players are exposed to need be placed on the table.

Battlegraph Boards have received good reviews from the community, names you know and trust.

Martin, and the guys at Gnome Stew were among the first to receive a set for review almost a year ago. Since then he had this to say.

“My gaming group has used our set of Battlegraphs regularly for months
now, and we love them. The grooves make it easy to draw straight
lines, they’re a breeze to wipe clean, they fit together well, and
they’re easy to store. This is one of the best gaming products ever
created, period.” — Martin Ralya of Gnome Stew (www.gnomestew.com)

Even though we were having equipment issues at the time, and thought we would be down for the count, Michael still had great things to say.

Description

Interlocking tiles create an infinitely expandable mapping and play surface on which your epic battles can rage. Need more surface? Just lift one of the old tile and move it to the front, re-drawing new content as needed. The days of carting around big, unwieldy mats or dry erase boards are over – BattleGraph is here.

We are very excited and happy that everyone has found our product as useful as we have. Each board is 11” x 11” x 1/8” and covered with a beautiful white dry erase surface. The white surface is great for showing the true color of your markers. Feel free to be creative and try a rainbow of colors.

Each line is scored into the board making it permanent. The scored surface provides a useful guide for drawing rectangular rooms. The marker falls into line allowing for easy hand drawn straight lines eliminating the need for a straight edge and speeding up drawing time. Each line you cross gives a small audible and tactile sensation making for easy counting, again speeding up the drawing process.

The interlocking sides align the grid and allow the whole collection to be moved on the table as one. Most of the cuts have been made so that they fall on a line, maximizing continuity of the grid.
